About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales and Support Specialist.

As a key member of our trade counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing product information and assistance
  2. Issuing quotes and processing transactions
  3. Maintaining stock levels and performing pick/pack activities
  4. Contributing to a clean and safe work environment
  5. Making deliveries to customers as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:
