As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform maintenance tasks as directed by the Shift Team Leader, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
* Ensure all maintenance and technical documentation is authorized and compliant with MOE, BAE Systems procedures, and DASA regulatory system
* Accurately record details of work performed on appropriate documentation
* Report defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors, and unserviceability to the Team Leader
* Carry out maintenance only to delegated and authorized levels
* Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reporting as directed
* Maintain workshop equipment in accordance with authorized technical data
* Perform hangar and/or workshop duties as required by local business operating manuals, procedures, and policies

About You:

* Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)
* Previous experience in a similar role within a workshop or hangar environment
* Ability to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance of "Baseline"
* Understanding of Defence Aviation Safety Authority (DASA) regulations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work within a dynamic and strong team environment
* Demonstrated commitment to safety
