Exciting Underground Mining Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mining Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our gold mining operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective drill and blast designs, ventilation plans, and short-term schedules that support medium and longer term mine plans.
- Produce fit-for-purpose designs that support safety, production, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with production drillers and charge operators to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Conduct ventilation inspections and contribute to ventilation design.
- Ensure all designs, plans, reports, and schedules are produced in the required timeframe.
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering.
- Experience in Underground Mining.
- Completion or partial completion of Underground time would be an advantage.
- Competency in using drill and blast design software with Deswik experience preferred.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated proactive, adaptable, and tenacious approach.
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
