Bar Supervisor Role
We are seeking a charismatic Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all visitors.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all visitors.
- Liaising with food & beverage teams to maintain venue standards.
- Protecting and maintaining restaurant service equipment, recording breakages and conducting regular stocktaking.
- Ensuring mise-en-place is completed before visitor arrival.
- Training and developing staff to maintain excellent guest experience.
- Motivating operations team to exceed client expectations.
- Setting up, packing down and coordinating events as required.
- Coordinating cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas and materials.
- Accurately accounting for revenue during shifts.
- Resolving escalated visitor complaints positively.
- Operating within outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Requirements:
- Previous high-volume venue experience.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
