Procurement Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Procurement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that contracts and agreements are carried out effectively, while also ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
The Procurement Lead will provide strategic advice and support on procurement consultancy and contract management, delivering expert advisory services to stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and contract governance processes.
- Manage compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and processes.
- Review and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of tender management processes.
- Provide technical and practical expertise on procurement and contract management.
To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in providing specialist procurement advice within a complex organisational environment. You will have demonstrated skills in contract management and governance, including conducting contract reviews and managing renewals.
You will also have experience in influencing and persuading internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing Conflict of Interest and Probity processes.
Additional requirements include proactive procurement and contract management skills, with a strong track record in leading comprehensive procurement planning and developing strategic approaches to market.
