As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional property management services to a portfolio of clients. This includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing financial performance, and preparing reports.
We are looking for an experienced property manager who has relevant experience in commercial & retail property management. The ideal candidate will have a valid Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration and a proactive approach to work.

About this role:
- Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff, and clients
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients
- Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collection of rent and arrears, including appropriate allocation
- Liaise with Facilities Managers on compliance, changes/upgrades and health and safety items
Your skills and qualifications:
- Relevant experience in commercial & retail property management
- Valid Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
