Experienced Chef Required

We are seeking an experienced chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality meals for our patients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cooking, with previous experience in a hotel or health environment.

You will be responsible for supporting our executive chef and team to ensure that our patients and staff receive the highest quality meals.

About You
  • A minimum 4 years' experience in the health or catering industry as a qualified chef would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster.
  • Maintain high standards within the catering areas.
  • Maintenance and compliance of HACCP procedures.
  • Maintain variety and presentation standards within the 4 Star requirements set by Management.
