About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Brunel. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of industrial new build projects valued between $30m - $60m+.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Financial Management: Take ownership of all cost and budget outcomes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the project's financial position at any given moment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports for monthly project meetings, identifying potential risks, opportunities, or changes, and contributing to strategic discussions.

  • A proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
