Project Leader Position

This role demands a seasoned technical leader who can manage and deliver complex projects involving IBM Maximo, particularly upgrade initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for IBM Maximo projects, including upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting structures.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and changes while maintaining momentum across technical teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical contributors to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including hands-on involvement with IBM Maximo.
  • Deep understanding of Maximo EAM systems and upgrade processes from version 8.11 to version 9.
  • Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders through clear and confident communication.
