We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a residential aged care facility.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional resident-centered care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and carers

Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Australian residential aged care
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & clinical governance
  • Skilled in medication management, wound care, documentation & care planning
  • A confident communicator with a resident-first mindset
