Salary: $ Negotiable based on experience

**Job Description**

This role involves managing an allocated caseload and providing therapeutic interventions that help participants get more out of life. You will assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assessing participants' functional level and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Supporting participants with adaptations to their environment
  • Maintaining awareness of current legislation for compliance

You Will Need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills for varied caseloads
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for disability sector work
