Clinical Nurse Specialist Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and navigating services that facilitate optimal health outcomes. This is a part-time (16 hours per week) role, ideal for experienced Registered Nurses seeking a challenging and rewarding position.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Division 1) to fill this key role. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate nursing and healthcare services, focusing on quality improvement and collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • You will provide care in various modes and settings, including home visits, clinics, virtual care, and group classes.
About You
  • You must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the relevant professional authority.
  • Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least three years' experience working in the clinical area of your specified post-graduate qualification are required.
  • You should have effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
