We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service in our hotel bar.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality beverages to guests with a smile.\
  • Develop knowledge of our extensive cocktail menu, wine selection and premium spirits.\
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar environment at all times.\
  • Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.\
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.\
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations and health and safety policies.\

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.\
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is an advantage but not essential.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.\
