Food and Beverage Service Opportunity

We provide exceptional hospitality services to Defence personnel in Queensland, ensuring a high-quality experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to develop their skills in a dynamic environment while working as part of a supportive team at Kokoda Barracks (Canungra).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Defence personnel with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain company policies and standards, adhering to strict food safety practices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A valid Transport and RSA certification is mandatory.
  • Previous experience with knife handling, food safety, and preparation techniques is advantageous.
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • A strong organisational skill set, combined with excellent time management abilities, is required.
