About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HSEQ Coordinator to join our Perth team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of HSEQ procedures and promoting a safety culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits and subcontractor audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures.
  • Participate in and lead Toolbox Talks and training sessions to promote a safety culture.
  • Partner with project managers and front-line supervisors to provide guidance and support on HSEQ matters.
  • Mentor and coach site leadership to manage and implement safety programs.
  • Coordinate WHS training for relevant staff and ensure accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Electrical background (highly desirable), Trade or construction background.
  • WHS Qualifications (or ability to attain).
  • Experience in safety activities within a construction, service or trade environment.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer and technology literacy.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • General Construction Industry Induction Card (white card).
