About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated HSEQ Coordinator to join our Perth team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of HSEQ procedures and promoting a safety culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and subcontractor audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures.
- Participate in and lead Toolbox Talks and training sessions to promote a safety culture.
- Partner with project managers and front-line supervisors to provide guidance and support on HSEQ matters.
- Mentor and coach site leadership to manage and implement safety programs.
- Coordinate WHS training for relevant staff and ensure accurate records and documentation.
- Electrical background (highly desirable), Trade or construction background.
- WHS Qualifications (or ability to attain).
- Experience in safety activities within a construction, service or trade environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Computer and technology literacy.
- Current Driver's License.
- General Construction Industry Induction Card (white card).
