As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing media buying activities across all mediums, including TV, radio, OOH, and more. You will work closely with our creative agency partners and media to deliver timely and insightful final buys, highlighting buying deliveries, added value, and any issues that may impact campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in campaign implementation across offline channels - TV, radio, OOH.
- Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimized, and media post analysis is completed weekly.
- Deliver timely and insightful final buys, highlighting buying deliveries, added value, and any issues that may impact campaign delivery.
- Lead delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, POPs, etc.
- Responsible for accurate buying/execution of campaign objectives and buying strategy.
- Build effective relationships with creative agency partners and media.
- Provide clients with the latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis.
- Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels.
- Ensure TV post is matched correctly, spots flagged correctly.
- Assist in negotiation of make goods, compensation, and shortfalls across all media channels.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in media buying/activations roles within the industry, working on offline channels (TV/radio/OOH).
- A desire to learn and grow your knowledge both in the offline space.
- Competency in various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals.
- A solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts.
- Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems, including BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office, and Nielsen Answers.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
- Prioritizes and manages tasks/time efficiently.
