About Our Community Team

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Community Manager to lead our lifestyle community in Coffs Harbour. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing resident satisfaction, finances, and staff, as well as supporting the Sales Team in home sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging community events and foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe environment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales and occupancy levels.
  • Manage financial reporting and resident records while adhering to relevant legislation and industry codes of practice.
About You
  • You should have experience in a similar role with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate and a valid driver's license.
  • You should be comfortable with occasional manual tasks and maintaining a safe work environment.
