A high-impact Contracts Administrator role has become available in our organization. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless employee relations and industrial compliance across the board.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of HR professionals, overseeing workflow and projects while leading and mentoring the team to develop deeper ER/IR skills.
  • Supporting Centres nationally in resolving industrial and policy-based queries.
  • Providing performance management guidance on complex issues.
  • Developing and delivering training on Award interpretation, industrial relations legislation, and internal policies.
  • Responding to and implementing industrial relations changes to ensure compliance.
  • Developing and updating internal policies in line with regulatory changes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Contracts Administration role, working across employee and industrial matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary industrial and employee relations practice, including relevant legislation and Awards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional approach, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with compassion and empathy.
