A high-impact Contracts Administrator role has become available in our organization. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless employee relations and industrial compliance across the board.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Contracts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of HR professionals, overseeing workflow and projects while leading and mentoring the team to develop deeper ER/IR skills.
- Supporting Centres nationally in resolving industrial and policy-based queries.
- Providing performance management guidance on complex issues.
- Developing and delivering training on Award interpretation, industrial relations legislation, and internal policies.
- Responding to and implementing industrial relations changes to ensure compliance.
- Developing and updating internal policies in line with regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Contracts Administration role, working across employee and industrial matters.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary industrial and employee relations practice, including relevant legislation and Awards.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional approach, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with compassion and empathy.
