Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide support to our sales managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately process orders through various sources
  • Provide support to State and National Sales Managers as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of strong customer service experience
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft knowledge
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and strong team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Benefits:

  • $32 per hour + super (with relevant experience)
