Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce professional to drive revenue growth and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Utilise data-driven insights to achieve sales targets through strategic planning, seasonal initiatives, NPD launches, and high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Strategic Relationships: Develop and execute joint business plans with brand partners to grow market share and drive mutually beneficial results.
  • Marketplace Excellence: Deliver exceptional marketplace performance, including SEO-optimised content, A+ pages, localised copy, and targeted advertising.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess performance across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, address issues, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure sales continuity.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, fostering strong relationships and clearly communicating progress, risks, and results.
  • Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, applying strong project management skills to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
  • Prioritisation: Prioritise effectively across brands and tasks, focusing on activities with the greatest commercial impact.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address problems – whether operational, strategic or technical – using initiative, resourcefulness, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Ecommerce Experience: Demonstrated success in managing an ecommerce business.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with solid academic performance (Distinction or equivalent GPA).
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets – confident in working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Communication: Confident presenter able to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling updates and recommendations.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable, curious, and willing to learn on the fly.
