This leadership role is a unique opportunity to lead a team providing exceptional aged care services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential aged care and experience managing medium to large teams. They will be responsible for implementing contemporary clinical practices, overseeing daily activities, and achieving financial and operational targets.
About the Role
- Lead a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality aged care services.
- Implement and maintain best-practice standards in clinical care and lifestyle programs.
- Oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency and ensure the facility meets accreditation standards.
- Achieve financial and operational targets through effective budget management and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with AHPRA.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in aged care or health administration.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to continuous improvement, safety, and legislative compliance.
