Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our digital engagement through social and digital channels, increasing our membership base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our content and digital strategy, focusing on social media.
  • Create and repurpose high-quality content for key audience groups, incorporating best-practices for digital use;
  • Optimise audience engagement using digital and traditional channels;
  • Monitor and report on content performance using analytics;
  • Provide recommendations to optimise content performance.
Required Skills:
  • Digital marketing or communications experience.
  • Strong understanding of website technology, social media platforms, and digital analytics.
  • Creative flair and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Highly personable, well presented, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to have strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and execute on tactical activities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding/awareness of gender diversity and associated obstacles.
