About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Deli team as a Fresh Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a consistent and fresh customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and maintain a wide range of products, including meats, cheeses, and antipasto
  • Ensure product quality, date checks, and highest food safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
