Pet Circle is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to join our team in Tarneit, VIC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery and service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, dispatch, and staging teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders.
  • Ensure all staff are inducted and compliant with WHS and company policies, as well as legislative requirements.
  • Log and resolve MHE issues with vendors to minimize downtime.
  • Drive the team to meet daily KPIs and promote a positive culture.
  • Identify and address potential risks, and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure staff follow procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Process start-of-day and end-of-day operations, and provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain Pet Circle WHS standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
  • Collaborate with the QA team to monitor and improve quality.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Safety-focused with general knowledge of WHS policies and procedures.
  • High attention to detail and confidence to execute decisions.
  • Can-do attitude, reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential.
