**Job Title:** Aged and Home Care Worker
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified Aged and Home Care Worker to join our dynamic team in Blue Mountains/Penrith. As a member of our team, you will provide quality in-home care to support our customers to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, and other daily living tasks
* Provide social support and community engagement
* Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
* Studying or completed a minimum certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Current First Aid and CPR, or willing to obtain
* Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
* Willing to travel between Blue Mountains and Penrith
* Smart Phone
* Current Driver's Licence
