As a seasoned professional, you'll be part of shaping the future of our Australian team as an Industry Lead in Financial Services. We're open to hiring in either Sydney or Melbourne, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead the direction of the Australian Financial Services industry at Slalom, setting vision and establishing industry targets. Develop overall finance industry strategy, partnering with account leaders to drive growth and accountability.
  • Partner with clients to advise on business and technology transformations, working with senior leaders to understand key drivers and define strategic needs.
  • Mature our Financial Services community, developing experts and industry offerings while sharing our stories.
  • Drive performance throughout the enterprise by ensuring interconnected business processes, technology, data, and people work together.
  • Connect with our Partners to best serve FSI clients together and contribute to business development conversations across multiple Slalom clients.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry
  • 10+ years' experience working in consulting services supporting FSI customers
  • Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious financial targets, identifying industry trends and growth areas.
  • Pinnable strategic accounts within the industry and collaboration across markets for effective account strategies.
  • Support procurement and pricing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the industry.
  • Cultivate marketing and alliance partnerships to enhance market presence.
  • Commit to industry learning and development, staying abreast of emerging trends and fostering alliances.
  • Experience presenting/speaking at industry conferences and/or being published in an industry publication.
  • Advanced experience and leadership in Competitive Research & Analysis, Benchmarking, Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development, Executive Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Account Leadership.
