Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Community Aged Care teams across multiple locations.

This is a Full Time Permanent position responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliant care, reporting to Director Community and Allied Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead all care and support services and operations of Community Aged Home Care Teams.
  • Adhere to statutory regulations, policies, and procedures, code of conduct, and philosophy of care.
  • Ensure Home Care operates in accordance with legal and ethical requirements of relevant health and aged care regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing; Registered Nurse with current Registration under AHPRA.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
  • A current NDIS Check and National Police Check.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Experience in client assessment, care planning, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a large team across multiple locations.
