Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Operations Management Professional to play a key role in establishing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Contact Centre team.

In this critical position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing fraud losses and volumes for our clients and their customers
  • Developing proactive strategies to identify fraud trends and risks
  • Liaising with merchants and internal departments to mitigate fraud
  • Creating and implementing processes to support continuous improvement and superior customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of fraud and card-related products, including payments, card schemes, and technology-assisted crime
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading teams within complex environments
  • A proven track record in managing daily operations to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards

Fraud Operations Management Professional

You will be working closely with our team to:

  • Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and reduce fraud

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including:
