About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Customer Service Team Member to join our Store Administration team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and helpful service to our customers, ensuring every experience counts.

Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their D.I.Y dream a reality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers, have a genuine passion for customer experience, and be eager to learn about our products and services.

You will also need to be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

In return, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference – to our customers and the communities where we live and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
  • Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
  • Serve customers via our checkout registers
  • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way
