Leadership Role in Cargo Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to support our Perth operation as a Cargo Service Delivery Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Perth Cargo Operation, including office and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver exceptional customer service through supervision, organization, and coordination of work areas during operational shifts;
  • To provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence;
  • To ensure efficient resource allocation to meet operational requirements and Service Level Agreements;
  • To monitor and enforce adherence to industry standards, legislation, and policies;
  • To provide quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues;
  • To reinforce a positive safety culture within the team focused on awareness and vigilance.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
  • Comply with policies;
  • Adhere to legislative Health & Safety requirements;
  • Develop and maintain a positive safety culture centered on awareness and vigilance;
  • Conduct work according to the Health and Safety Management System;
  • Follow all safety work procedures and adhere to provided safety guidelines;
  • Participate in emergency drills and/or evacuations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience driving a customer-centric service culture;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • High computer literacy;
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated industry with leadership, compliance, and standard operations expertise;
  • Understanding of financial processes and ability to drive business improvement initiatives;
  • Knowledge of cargo handling and warehouse operations.
