Lead Mechanical Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Design Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Prepare layouts and detail drawings in line with project requirements, delivering high-quality designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement design drafting standards across projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome design and schedule issues, communicating effectively and resolving problems promptly.
Your Background
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Bulk Materials Handling design drafting and plant layout, with a strong background in crushing, grinding, materials handling, flotation, CIL/CIP, slurry, pumping, slurry agitation, particle size classification and separation.
  • Advanced diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable, as well as experience with Advance Steel and S3D software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
