We are seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

This high-growth organisation is expanding its marketing capability with a focus on content and brand development.

The successful candidate will bring a hands-on, innovative approach to content curation to engage consumers and strengthen national brand messaging.

The Role:

This newly created position will work closely with the internal marketing team and agency partners to create and lead content, brand, and marketing strategy.

You will develop powerful campaigns that deliver positive outcomes for the business and truly drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy and customer acquisition marketing campaigns for multiple tourism destinations nationally.
  • Create plans with key stakeholders internally and externally with agencies and partners.
  • Built relationships with tourism partners and bodies.
  • Manage media and creative agencies to maximise opportunities and outputs from partnerships and promotions.
  • Work with in-house designers to create collateral and digital assets for local and national campaigns and to support our trade sales team.
  • Monitor and manage campaign and promotional budgets, ensuring we are maximising ROI.

To be successful as a Content Marketing Manager, you will have demonstrated capability in content curation and planning to build customer engagement and enhance brand development.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated content marketing campaigns.
  • A creative yet highly commercial attitude with an insatiable appetite for creating impactful messaging that drives results.
  • Advanced copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with key target markets.
  • Experience presenting to small and large audiences and key decision makers.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and strategic thinking.
