Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original, high-quality content daily, focusing on short-form video production (conceptualization, filming, editing for Reels, TikToks, Shorts).">

  • Manage our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and staying active in relevant conversations.">

  • Monitor customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media channels.">
">
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer interactions, resolving issues and fostering a positive community environment.">

  • Analyze performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.">

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform features, and best practices, particularly in video content.">

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.">
