
Senior Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, and providing exceptional support to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in office administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior management
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to improve workflow
- Manage office budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in a senior administrative, office management, or executive assistant role
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
