About the Role
As the Senior Administrative Officer for the South Australian Tuberculosis (SA TB) Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-level administrative support to the Tuberculosis Unit within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. You will ensure the smooth operation of daily functions, including appointment scheduling, patient follow-up—particularly for Outreach Clinics—and coordination of travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and car hire.
This dynamic and rewarding role involves working closely with Thoracic Medicine's frontline administration team and liaising with senior staff to support the delivery of high-quality public health services. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement by evaluating administrative processes, implementing changes where needed, and supporting project and research activities within the department.

You are an experienced and motivated administrative professional with a proactive approach and a strong commitment to providing high-quality support services. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities makes you a valuable member of any team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proven experience in administrative support and customer service
- High proficiency in computer systems and office software
- Knowledge of admin procedures, medical terminology, and WHS policies
