We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing support and supervision to young people subject to Youth Justice Court orders. You will be responsible for preparing court reports, developing client service plans, and attending court hearings.
- Provide individualised support and guidance to young people to help them achieve their goals and develop life skills.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of young people.
- Identify and develop strategies to reduce recidivism rates and promote community safety.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with young people in a case management or social work capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people, families, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of the organisation and the community.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
