Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will provide critical support across systems administration, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1-3 support for SDTE systems.
  • Manage incident response and change requests across hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, security posture, and compliance.
  • Automate system administration tasks via scripting, orchestration tools, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline product delivery.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure maintenance, patching, and updates.
  • Ensure infrastructure security through compliance with ICT and cyber security frameworks.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in IT administration across physical and virtual networks.
  • Hands-on experience in cross-functional IT/project teams.
  • Familiarity with ADF systems and networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Ansible, containerisation, and virtualisation technologies.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Prior Government ICT experience.
