About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • As a Department Manager in Training, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of grocery and fresh food retail operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating rosters, coaching, training, and performance managing team members.
  • You will also be expected to maintain a high level of commitment to work health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management and ordering systems.
