Claims Coordinator Job Opportunity

About the Role

This is an exciting Claims Coordinator opportunity where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administration of multiple property insurance claims. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and customers to ensure a seamless claims process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new claims, schedule estimators, and submit quotes
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls relating to claims
  • Update notes in internal and client systems
  • Prepare and provide documentation related to the claim
  • Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
  • Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
  • Scope and contract amendments for presentation purposes
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
  • High level of computer competency
  • Claims experience (desirable)

Overtime may be required during peak periods, such as severe weather events.
