**About the Role**

We're looking for a talented professional to provide support for HR & Payroll projects.

As a Systems Support Analyst, you will perform analysis, triage, and resolution of Level 2 incidents to provide solutions that assist our HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

This role involves team member/user administration, data integrity management, and user support through documentation and guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze and resolve Level 2 incidents related to HR & Payroll systems.

• Perform system updates and changes to ensure smooth operation.

• Provide user support through documentation and guidance.

• Administer team member/user accounts and manage access control.

• Ensure data integrity by monitoring and resolving any discrepancies.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments.

• Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems.

• Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures.

• Proficiency in user administration and access control.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
