We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with purchases and provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
