Seeking an experienced Court Security Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent opportunity.

This role involves providing vital support and assistance in the delivery of effective and efficient court operations, supporting the development of your team, and ensuring the correct deployment of staff across the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Court Officials to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Ensuring suitable and sufficient resources are available in the Court and Custody areas
  • Inspecting and monitoring court operations to ensure compliance
  • Delivering a high standard of service delivery while maintaining staff and PiC welfare, safety & security

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Corrective Practice or related field
  • Control and Restraint qualification
  • Senior First Aid & CPR or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret correspondence, legislations, and regulations
  • High level of computer skills and report writing
  • Proven experience in a leadership role

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Federal Police Check, Criminal History Check, and Working with Children Check

  • Manual Driving Licence - Desirable

  • $107,431 Total fixed remuneration (Base Salary + Super)
  • $5,943 extra Per Annum Regional Allowance
