Project Finance Specialist

The role involves managing project costs efficiently and effectively.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Liaise with various project functions and administrative teams to ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Ensure implemented systems and procedures align with contractual requirements and internal processes.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports for onshore and offshore projects.
  • Review subcontract tenders and schedules for pricing and budget analysis purposes.
  • Contribute to establishing project controls procedures, developing WBS and schedules, and implementing progress measurement systems.

Responsibilities include analysing project cost and schedule performance against the control plan, communicating reasons for variance and plans to mitigate to management.

An auditing function is required to monitor projects against project control procedures, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions where necessary.
