Job Description
  • Provide exceptional well site service to customers under general supervision.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge gained through formal training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery.
  • Conduct and interpret results of routine and specialized testing to offer technical solutions.
  • Operate separation and waste management equipment, demonstrating understanding of its impact on overall fluid performance.
  • Collaborate closely with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in company products and services, rig operations; fluids, separation, and waste management technologies and related processes.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of the organization, fostering positive relationships with operator representatives and rig personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to think critically in fast-paced environments. A Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field is desired.
  • Completion of a recognized industry training program and 6 months of relevant experience are necessary.
