Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice that influences contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and service delivery across a defined number of practice areas.
This leadership role provides guidance to the Hospital Resource Coordination Unit, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nurses and midwives to deliver high-quality patient care;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
- A postgraduate qualification is essential for ongoing appointment;
- Applicants will be assessed accordingly;
- If the most suitable applicant lacks the qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed-term basis with ongoing appointment contingent on attaining the qualification during this period;
