We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Welder Fabricators, Industrial Sewers, and Painting Trades Workers.

About the Roles

Our ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position and possess strong skills in welding, metal fabrication, and painting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welder Fabricator: Strong welding and/or fabricating experience, cutting, pressing, bevelling, grinding, filing, and associated skills.
  • Industrial Sewer: Sew heat blankets together using industrial sewing machines, accurately measure and cut fabric pieces, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the production team.
  • Painting Trades Worker: Painting and coating direct fit heavy industrial exhaust, spraying surfaces of machines and other manufactured products, working with protective or decorative material and associated equipment systems.

Requirements

  • Welder Fabricator: 3+ years' experience in a similar position, knowledgeable with MIG and stainless steel, and able to efficiently lay-out, position, align, and secure/tac parts prior to assembly & production.
  • Industrial Sewer: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, able to complete tasks such as sewing heat blankets, accurately measuring and cutting fabric pieces, and performing quality checks.
  • Painting Trades Worker: 2+ years' experience in a similar position, able to paint and coat direct fit heavy industrial exhaust, spray surfaces of machines and other manufactured products, and work with protective or decorative material and associated equipment systems.

What We Offer

Remuneration packages will range between $73,150 and $80,000 dependent on skills & experience.
