We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our community services, ensuring they provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.
- You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them to implement best practice approaches and empower service users to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in working with marginalised communities and a commitment to social justice.

- Cert IV or higher in Individual Support or related field, or significant experience in a similar role.
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card – Disability (Qld).
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
