The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Executive Member of District Integrated Care Allied Health and Community Services, assisting in the delivery of strategic business objectives and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Member, including preparing and critically reviewing written documents, presentations, and submissions.
- Exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, maintaining superior standards of professional conduct.
- Take initiative and proactively identify and manage tasks with a varying range of complexity, using sound organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate and manage competing priorities, deliver quality outcomes, and meet tight deadlines, using judgement and discretion as needed.
- Advanced proficiency in using information and communication technology, software programs, and data gathering and preparation of reports.

The Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is a government-funded health organisation that covers an area of 11,335 square kilometres, extending from Port Macquarie in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north. MNCLHD provides a diverse range of services to a population of approximately 215,000 people, with a workforce of 4,694 across seven hospital sites and 12 Community Health Centres.
