Care Service Employee

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Service Employee to join our team at The Salvation Army Aged Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' health and well-being
- Completing wound dressings and implementing continence programs
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
About You
We are looking for candidates who possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and have a strong commitment to providing person-centered care. You will be required to work under limited supervision and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
