Our Proactive Services Team is responsible for ensuring our stores are in pristine condition, and our customers have a great experience. As a Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team to complete cleaning and trolley collection tasks to a high standard. You will coach and train your team, develop their skills, and create a roster to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered. You will work with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities. You will develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction. You will complete time and attendance activities for your team members, order consumables, and maintain a budget. You will also work as part of the Proactive Services Team, providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services. You will bring an ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to this role. You will have flexibility to work in different environments, a good eye for cleanliness, physical fitness, and the ability to work with a regulated framework.
